On March 4,1968 The United States FBI under the leadership of J. Edgar Hoover issued a statement “Prevent the RISE OF A MESSIAH who could unify, and electrify, the militant black nationalist movement…King could be a very real contender for this position”………….. And exactly a month later on April 4,1968 Martin Luther King was assassinated.
