Tomorrow…If your like me who doesnt celebrate Valentines Day February the 13th is Black Love Day.Black Love Day is an African centered alternative to the commercial Valentine’s Day.It is an observance of atonement, reconciliation, celebration and 24 hour demonstration of Black love.Black Love Day was founded in 1993 by Ayo Handy Kendi, founder/director of the African American Holiday Association.Every Feb. 13th on Black Love Day, People of African Descent are to show love for one another for 24 hours.So no beefing,fighting,shooting and killing tomorrow Black folks.On the 14th you can return to your regular PROGRAMMING of self hatred, killing and beefing if you get down like that. PEACE.
